I referred to the question you mentioned, in that question the initial account value was 4M(4,000,000) but there was also a starting cash inflow of 1M. So together the initial value to calculate HPR will be 5M and the account value increased to 6M. so the HPR is 20%

HPR for 1Q = (6M – 5M)/5M = 0.2   Hope this helps.
