    Why doesn’t the price-yield inverse relationship hold true when the QM is lesser than DM in FRNs? why is it that when QM is lesser than DM that the note trades at discount and not premium?

    Hello sir, this is a query relating to fixed income

    So the question is like this,

    Interest=$7, receivable at the year end

    n=5, the final coupon received along with principal repayment

    FV=0, PV=-10
